Background of SoftValue

SoftValue offers are basing on more than 20 years of project experience of the “Hamburgisches Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft und Organisationsentwicklung - www.institut-hao.de (Hamburg Institute of occupational science and organizational development). Since 1987 the Institute HAO offers services in the areas: organizational development, regional development and socio-technical systems.

Customized consulting and research services are provided in larger projects. Customers for example have been:  Police Hamburg, Airbus Industries, Lufthansa Cargo, German Lloyd, and federal agencies and state governments.
To develop structures and processes numerous projects were carried out in industry, also with construction companies and with food industry.

From these experiences, SoftValue offers products which are designed for a wider group of customers.
